Vesselin Boianov is an investment consultant with a main focus on the investment flow between the lucrative global areas of Southeast Asia and Southeast Europe. He is an MBA with a degree from the University of Edinburgh Business School. Over the years, Vesselin has been part of the management of prominent Bulgarian and International enterprises. Moreover, he has initiated and / or participated in various small and medium-sized private equity investment projects and initiatives.
Vesselin has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of New Market Entry, Joint Venture Structures, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Strategic Management, Financial Analysis and Valuations as well as other crucial investment related processes and subject-matters.
